This permanently deletes borrower, power-bank, rental, payment, expense and uploaded customer-document records. Login accounts and user roles are kept. Download the CSV backup first. The CSV contains business records and private-file paths, but not the actual photo/PDF file contents. Do not clear records if you need those documents retained. This action requires a secure administrator-only database function.
